4) What happens if I need to cancel? We understand that schedules change during your travel. However, making a reservation locks your priority and prevents others from reserving. Refunds for cancellations are possible if made over 24 hours prior to tour departure. All refunds are subject to a processing fee. There are no refunds for no shows.

5) Do I have to be in good physical shape? Our main goal is to have a safe and memorable bike ride. You do not need to be a super athlete but just have basic bike riding skills, and a positive attitude. Be sure to let us know prior to your tour if you have any health conditions that may require special attention.
-
6) Do I need travel insurance to partake?Safety as well as fun are our primary concern. Therefore, we highly recommend you have travel insurance when you travel. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your own personal safety.
-
7) Do you have large bikes / ebikes / child bikes / child seat bikes?Yes. We use bikes of many different sizes to ensure your comfort. Please inquire if you require a special type of bicycle for you or your group and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also have options for specialized bikes (ebikes, child bikes, child seat bikes.) Advanced notice is required and fees may differ for tours which require specialized bikes and young riders.
-
8) Are there bags on your bikes? Our bikes are equipped with a small handlebar bag large enough to fit a small jacket, a phone, and a wallet. Our bikes also have a bottle cage for water.
-
9) What should I wear?We recommend you wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling and for the season. Warm gloves during the winter months and a hat in the summer time are a great start. We discourage baggy fitting pants. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us in advance.
-
10) What should I bring? You do not need much other than your smile, a lightweight camera, and your good weather talisman. If you really want to bring a bag, we recommend a light backpack for only your bare necessities so that you remain comfortable throughout the day.
